There are a few rules that we now need to stick to keep us all well.  A risk assessment has taken place at all the venues I use.
Before the session:
If you don’t feel well or if your baby is unwell please cancel your booking on the booking system and move it to the following week. You should not attend the class if they have symptoms of coronavirus (covid-19) such as a new continuous cough, high temperature (above 37.8) or a loss or change to their sense of smell or taste, and/or you have been contacted by the NHS Test & Trace within the last 14 days as having come into contact with someone with coronavirus. You should not attend if you have been contacted by the NHS Test & Trace within the last 14 days as having come into contact with someone with coronavirus.
On arrival:
Please observe the government’s prescribed social distancing which does require wearing a face mask in communal areas. Please use the hand sanitiser provided as you enter the building.
In class:
  • Please use the hand sanitizer provided.
  • Please enter the room and walk around the outside of the circle to the towel place the furthest away.
  • Please bring your own mat or towel to use on the floor.
  • Once you are on your mat you can take your face covering off.
  • Everyone who attends the class should maintain social distancing – standing or sitting – two metres apart.
  • Please use your face mask when moving around the room or going to the toilet.
  • Please bring your own drink, I cant refill it for you.
At the end of the class:
Pack your things away and leave the room not coming closer than 2 meters to anyone else. I will clean down the room and wipe all door handles once you have left.
Me:
If I get COVID symptoms or anyone in my family has symptoms I will not run the class. It may be possible to run the class via Zoom or you will be issued a refund. I look forwards to seeing you in class.
