Chances are you’re here because your pregnant, yay congratulations! I was maybe like you excited but also unsure, unprepared and feared birth. You’re in the right place to find out more about pregnancy yoga and how to stay well through your pregnancy and prepare your mind and body for birth. When I was pregnant with my first baby, I was totally unprepared, I give birth to my baby in the hospital, but I felt like the medical team took the control from me. I knew that there is a different way to birth babies. So, I have spent years training in pregnancy yoga and I birthed my seconded baby in a quick controlled way, using the strength of my body and my mind.I integrate hypnobirthing techniques into each of my classes so you can learn how to relax and use your breath to birth your baby. I teach you life skill that you can take forwards into being a new parent.

Now I want to share my knowledge and educate to as many women as possible. I have spent years teaching face to face classes to thousands of women. I want the benefits of pregnancy yoga to reach all women in an easy and accessible way so I have designed a full pregnancy yoga course, and baby yoga course to follow, that will prepare your body and mind for birth. There are so many benefits to pregnancy yoga from stretching your muscles and body to helping you learn to breathe and relax at will. I will teach you how to move and breathe through your pregnancy and labour. Allowing you to have a relaxed and controlled birth, however baby decides to be born so you can enjoy the first few moments together. I not only teach you pregnancy yoga, I give you all of my knowledge, support and tips from my own experience and the qualifications I have gained.
