Dru Yoga
I trained as a Dru yoga teacher about 15 years again but since then I have grown in my style of teaching as I have taken other training courses.

Dru is a form of yoga built around a class with activation , energy block release sequences,  Dru Yoga sequences and postures and a deep relaxation. Taught with flowing movement sequences, mudra (hand gestures), visualization and affirmation all of which combine to create a profound sense of well-being, peace and balance in your emotions. Dru yoga is also an excellent way of keeping the body toned and flexible.

With its foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition, Dru works on body, mind and spirit—improving strength and flexibility, creating core stability, building a heightened feeling of positivity, and deeply relaxing and rejuvenating your whole being.

Designed to be practised by people of all abilities, all fitness levels and all age groups, Dru is a style of yoga that can be quickly dipped into or learnt in more depth over a lifetime. Dru Yoga classes are available in the UK, Ireland, The Netherlands and across Europe, Australia and Canada. Short Dru Yoga retreats and yoga holidays in these countries are also very popular. Dru yoga school offer a Dru Yoga teacher training course in many countries, plus postgraduate courses for continuing professional development (CPD).

There are currently no adult classes running but I can come to you in your own home and teach 1-1 session. If your interested in group session and have a group of people please get in touch and maybe we can start a class.
